• Established and owned product goals and requirements for the Rocket League franchise, with a focus on growth and engagement. Worked closely with internal data analytics teams to track KPIs in monetization and player behavior and leveraged those insights to increase monthly user acquisition, retention, and hours spent on-platform.
• Led multiple internal and external teams, including Art, Game Design, Engineering, and UI to successfully design and release over 400 in-game items, which generated $XXM in revenue. Developed creative solutions to streamline the process and massively reduce internal bandwidth requirements for this company-wide initiative.
• Launched a refined league-wide branding and structure, including new icons, naming conventions, and motifs. Led creative strategy for trophies, merchandise, broadcast graphics, and social assets, collaborating with both internal creative teams and external agencies.• Oversaw global operations of 20+ live events, resulting in tens of millions minutes-watched. Executed unparalleled fan-focused experiences for over 50,000 live attendees, grossing 4M+ through connecting customers with the Rocket League product.
• Established deep relationships with production partners, third-party vendors, organizations, and players across the globe, ensuring delivery of an improved product quality while reducing spend year-over-year.
• Oversaw a team of seven specialists, who executed global competitive operations for online and in-person events.
• Created product tools to seamlessly distribute $14M in prizing, and effectively collaborated cross-company to streamline operational processes.
• Led esports data tracking and management, developing analytics with Google Sheets, Tableau, Jira, and Confluence.
